Frequently Asked Questions
The Outcall Fee includes transportation charge and also consultation charge, which will be around RM150 to RM250 depending on the distance travel, time needed during consultation and nature of problem. This outcall fee is excluding any procedures and treatment that need to be given.
The procedures and treatment done will be charged similar to the rate in the clinic. No other charge such as administrative fee or miscellaneous charges.
